E. Third-party integration data:
Data may be received from payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, WhatsApp providers, maps providers, KYC/verification providers, analytics tools, or other integrations depending on tenant configuration and user actions.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)
YaanX lets tenants connect their own third-party business accounts — such as Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, LinkedIn, and Google Ads — to publish content and manage marketing directly from the YaanX panel. YaanX accesses these accounts only through the official APIs of the relevant provider and only after the tenant grants explicit authorization (OAuth).
A. What we access from connected accounts:
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the provider
- Account, Page, or profile identifiers needed to publish or manage the connected account
- Content the tenant chooses to publish (text, hashtags, images, video)
- Post and engagement status for connected social accounts
- For connected Google Ads accounts: advertising campaign data and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions
B. How we use connected-account data:
- Only to provide the marketing and advertising features the tenant has requested — publishing content the tenant creates and managing campaigns the tenant configures.
- We do not use connected-account data to serve advertising to others, and we do not sell or transfer it to any third party.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted, are never exposed to a browser, and are never written to logs.
- A tenant can disconnect any connected account at any time from the YaanX panel, which revokes and deletes the access tokens and connection data stored by YaanX for that account.
C. Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn:
YaanX’s access to and use of Facebook and Instagram data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. Data obtained from these platforms is used solely to operate the features the tenant has connected.
5. Third-Party Services
YaanX may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways
- Email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers
- Analytics and marketing measurement tools
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
- Maps and location providers
- KYC, verification, or compliance providers
- Domain, DNS, and integration partners
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. YaanX shares data with them only as needed to deliver the service the user has requested.
7. Tenant and Customer Data
- Tenants may collect and process data of their customers, drivers, employees, and vendors through the YaanX platform.
- The tenant is responsible for obtaining necessary consent and providing proper notices to their own customers, drivers, and users.
